Electrical Maintenance for Older Hamptons Estates
Several of the estates we maintain have older electrical infrastructure. We keep those systems in good working shape for as long as it makes sense to, and when repairs start becoming more frequent or costly, we’ll have an honest conversation about it, often timing bigger upgrades for the off season so the house is ready to go before anyone’s back for the summer.
